The 4th edition of the “ICT for Language Learning” Conference which will take place in Florence, (Italy),  on 20 – 21 October 2011. The objective of the conference  is to promote the sharing of good practice and transnational cooperation in the field of the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to Language Learning and Teaching. The conference will also be an excellent opportunity for the presentation of previous and current language learning projects and innovative initiatives.

The Call for Papers is addressed to language teachers and experts as well as to  coordinators of language projects and initiatives.  the Conference Secretariat would like to encourage you to submit an abstract of a paper to present during the conference. The abstract should be written in English (300 words) and sent via e-mail to conference@pixel-online.net no later than 24 June 2011.

? 8 July 2011: Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

? 5 September 2011: Deadline for final submission of papers

? 5 September 2011: Deadline for speakers’ registration

? 20 – 21 October 2011: Dates of conference

At the ICT for Language Learning  Conference there will be three presentation modalities: Oral and poster presentations (in-person) and virtual (for those who cannot attend in person). An  ISBN publication will be produced with all the abstracts of the articles that will be presented during the conference.
